Early Cut-Off Reminder

To ensure employees are paid the week and a half the university is closed, between the Christmas and New Year’s Day holiday; the payroll for December 27, 2019 and January 03, 2020 will be confirming early.  The December 27, 2019 pay cycle will confirm December 17th and the January 03, 2020 pay cycle will confirm on December 23rd.  Please note, the hourly Time and Labor Cut-Off schedule is different.  Please refer to the Payroll Early Cut-Off Schedule to make certain timesheets are submitted on time.

Fiscal Year ’19-’20 Number of Working Days = 262

Monday, July 01, 2019 starts a new Fiscal Year – the number of working days in Fiscal Year 2020 (7/1/19-6/30/20) is 262. This adjustment in the number of Fiscal Days will be processed automatically in PeopleSoft for the university.
