Change in Process for Absence Reporting Access Requests

In an effort to continue to streamline business processes and make it easier for new employees to access the systems they need to conduct the business of the university, University Human Resources (UHR) is announcing changes to the process for access to administer the Absence Reporting functionality within PeopleSoft.

Moving forward, departments will be able to request administrative access for Absence Reporting through the UHR Online Access Request System, an online tool currently being used to assign administrative access rights to payroll and HR functions in PeopleSoft.

Saturday, July 01, 2017 starts a new Fiscal Year – the number of working days in this current Fiscal Year 2017 – 2018 is 260. This adjustment in the number of Fiscal Days will be processed in PeopleSoft for the whole university on Saturday, July 01, 2017. Please be advised that normal Workflow Email notification(s) in PeopleSoft will be turned off while these update(s) are processed.
